The existing dwelling was demolished and full planning approval has been achieved by Uskuri Theobald Architects for a new build 4 storey home, which includes a basement level.

Alongside the clients we meticulously designed a home to completely suit how they live. Featuring a grand entrance hallway with a triple height spaces acting as the hub of the home and the entrance to all the different spaces.

At the front of the property we designed the property to be cosy and warm, with smaller intimate spaces contrasting to the rear of the house with a mixture of double height and vaulted spaces accommodating the open plan living, dining and kitchen area.

The basement level includes a cinema room, games room and bar as well as a gym. To tie the whole project together Uskuri Theobald Architect designed bespoke joinery for the bar.

The first floor consists of two generous double bedrooms, both with en-suites, vaulted ceilings and apex windows. The master suite is to the rear and includes sliding doors onto a private terrace, a dressing room and double sink ensuite boasting double height spaces and apex windows.

Moving up to the second floor consists of two further double bedrooms with their own en-suties with roof lights over the showers as well as a storage space. The rooms were carefully designed to utilise the roof spaces lighting them with roof lights.
